Job Description
Titan Company seeks a Chain Machine Operator responsible for maintaining daily output with minimal inventory and ensuring 100% raw material availability for weaving machines. You will verify alloy and purity across karats and colors, perform precise alloy calculations for FY26 4‑ton roll chain production, set crucible/dies, perform rough rolling, annealing, wire‑drawing and flattening to micron tolerances, and adjust parameters for annealing, wire loading, strip loading, machine speed, winder torque and pitch. Implement TPM, 5S, IMS and OHSMS documentation, ensure 100% gold accounting, train NEEM trainees, lead CAPA for quality rejections, and drive kaizen improvements to meet lead‑time and quality targets.
