Job Description
Leisurely Experinces seeks a dynamic, young Operations Executive to design and maintain efficient operational systems. You will implement strategies to exceed guest expectations, train in quality and inventory control, update and enforce SOPs, monitor purchases, receivables and payables, inspect departments for service readiness and hygiene, control operating costs, and manage daily business functions. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations or a related field, possess strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi, and the ability to multitask and work cross-functionally.
