Job Description
We seek a motivated Tele Counsellor with 6–24 months telecalling and sales experience (ed‑tech preferred). MBA/PGDBM in Marketing, Sales or Business Management is desirable. Fluent English, Hindi and Bengali required. Responsibilities: make outbound calls, explain courses and career outcomes, convert inquiries to walk‑ins, nurture leads, meet calling and conversion targets, and coordinate with sales & marketing. Key skills: sales & negotiation, lead conversion, communication and presentation.
