Job Description
RedSales seeks a female Telecaller & Receptionist for B2B telecalling of FMCG, cosmetics and salon products. Responsibilities: manage front-desk, attend incoming calls/visitors, explain products and convert leads into orders. Requirements: minimum 2 years telecalling experience (cosmetic/salon/FMCG preferred), fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi, computer literate with Excel and basic systems knowledge, presentable and well-spoken. Full-time role with fixed salary plus incentives; pay range ₹12,00–₹25,00/month and commuter assistance. On-site position in Mankoli, Bhiwandi.
