Job Description

INSIGHT PUBLICA seeks a Book Designer experienced in pagination, interior layout, and cover design for print and eBook. Responsibilities: design paginated interiors with styles, master pages, headers/footers and TOC; ensure correct margins, bleeds, gutters and trim sizes; create print-ready covers (front, spine, back); prepare files for print and digital platforms and export PDF/X plus editable source files. Required: proven pagination/layout experience, strong Adobe InDesign skills, cover design for print and eBooks, knowledge of publishing/print standards and strong attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹9,005.95–₹41,774.21 per month. Work Location: In person.
