Job Description
AMA LAMINATORS PVT.LTD seeks a Supervisor – Plywood Manufacturing based in Inkel City, Malappuram. Full-time role requiring minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in plywood production. Responsible for overseeing daily production, meeting targets, ensuring quality, managing operators and shop-floor discipline, coordinating with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Stores, enforcing safety and submitting daily production and manpower reports. Diploma/ITI/graduate preferred; technical qualifications are an advantage. Strong knowledge of plywood processes, machines, raw materials, reporting, communication and leadership skills required. Salary ₹20,00–₹22,00/month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance and provident fund. On-site position.
