Job Description
We seek a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive for Alliance Recruitment 4U’s EdTech client in Kechery, Thrissur. Full-time, in-person role focused on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue growth. You will plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other platforms; collaborate with designers, copywriters, growth and product teams to create conversion-optimized creatives and landing pages; use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager to develop data-driven media plans, analyze KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS), and run retargeting and A/B tests. Requirements: 2+ years in performance marketing, strong analytical and communication skills. Salary ₹15,017.71–₹31,00/month.
