Job Description

Full-time, on-site role producing ice cream and gelato following standard recipes and FSSAI hygiene. Duties: prepare bases, mixes and flavours; operate batch freezers and storage; monitor temperatures; manage materials and waste; assist flavour development and daily production planning. Requirements: experience preferred, freshers with training accepted; basic food-safety knowledge; machine handling and SOP adherence; flexible shifts. Qualification: diploma/certificate in bakery, pastry, dairy or food production preferred. Salary ₹10,00–13,00/month plus incentives.
