Job Description
We seek an experienced Field Sales Executive to sell Non-Agricultural (NA) residential and commercial plots. Duties: generate/close leads, explain NA conversion, verify title/7/12 extracts, conduct site visits, negotiate deals, coordinate with legal/CRM/registration, maintain CRM, meet targets. Requirements: 2–5 years NA/real estate sales, land law knowledge, strong communication/negotiation, client network, own vehicle and license, willingness to travel. Full-time; pay ₹30,00–₹50,00/month; in person.
