Job Description

UPS is hiring a Freight Admin Assistant to coordinate and track ocean shipments, prepare and manage import/export documentation, book cargo, and liaise with shipping lines, customs brokers, and customers to resolve logistical issues and update shipment status. Candidates should understand Incoterms, customs and export compliance laws and have 2–3 years’ ocean freight forwarding experience. Experience with freight systems such as CargoWise and familiarity with U.S. export filings (AMS/ISF/FMC) are highly desirable. Contract type: Permanent (CDI).
