Job Description
We are hiring a Factory Operations Executive based in Palghar reporting to the Assistant Plant Manager. You will manage daily factory operations, store inventory (raw, packing, finished goods), documentation (GRN, challans, transfer notes), basic accounting support, supplier/transport coordination and dispatch planning. Required: Graduate/Diploma (Operations/Commerce preferred), 2–4 years factory/operations experience, strong inventory knowledge, basic accounting, MS Excel proficiency, good communication and ability to work independently. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹15,00–₹25,00/month. Benefits include cell phone & internet reimbursement, provided meals, leave encashment and Provident Fund.
