Job Description
Job Overview: 120-hour structured training (20–30 days classroom + practical) at Mahindra Logistics, Luhari, Jhajjar, Haryana. On successful completion, candidates will be placed at Mahindra Logistics or partner sites. Responsibilities include packing and labeling to SOPs, sorting items for dispatch, assisting with loading/unloading, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and following quality guidelines. Eligibility: 18–35 years, 8th–12th pass, priority to unemployed/underemployed, suitable for those with little or no formal experience. Full-time, shift-based work; physically fit, disciplined, and team-oriented. Salary after training: ₹15,00–₹18,00 per month (inclusive of statutory benefits).
