Job Description
Acquire current and savings accounts in the branch catchment, source corporate salary accounts, activate accounts (UPI linkage, M0 balance), and grow wallet share of products (insurance, mortgages, UL, SIP, MF). Join corporate inductions and migration events, build strong internal and SME relationships, and run low-cost micro-marketing for leads. Requirements: graduate, 1–2 years’ relevant experience, sales and networking skills, excellent communication, banking/digital knowledge. IRDA & AMFI preferred and required after joining.
