Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, target-driven Academic Counselor for our EdTech team. You will drive student enrollments, qualify and convert leads, conduct calls and counselling sessions, recommend suitable courses, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with marketing. This hybrid role requires two days on-site weekly. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree are welcome; sales, admissions, or academic counselling experience preferred but freshers may apply. Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills are essential. We offer performance-based incentives, training, career growth, and a supportive culture. Full-time, permanent. Salary: ₹15,00–₹40,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
