Job Description
The Service Receptionist at Vel Systems is the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting our service center. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering calls/WhatsApp/emails, registering service requests, creating job cards, updating CRM, coordinating with service coordinators and technicians, providing service status and expected timelines, handling basic billing coordination and acknowledgements, and maintaining accurate service records. Required: good communication (English; Tamil preferred), customer-friendly attitude, basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email), ability to multitask; IT/electronics knowledge is a plus. Qualification: any graduation/diploma; 0–2 years preferred—freshers welcome. Full-time, 6 days/week, onsite. Salary ₹15,00–20,00/month; benefits include cell phone reimbursement and leave encashment.
