Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction in a busy hotel environment.
Responsibilities include supervising staff scheduling and training, monitoring inventory and budget, coordinating laundry and room inspections, enforcing safety and hygiene protocols, and collaborating with other departments.
Candidate must have 3+ years in supervisory housekeeping, strong leadership, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with hospitality software. Degree or diploma in hospitality is a plus.
