Job Description
We seek a compassionate Student Counsellor to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development. You will provide one-on-one counselling, group sessions, crisis intervention, and referrals to families or professionals.
Key responsibilities include assessing student needs, designing intervention plans, collaborating with teachers and parents, maintaining confidential records, and promoting positive school climate.
Required: Bachelor’s in Psychology/Guidance, experience with adolescents, strong communication and assessment skills, and familiarity with counseling ethics. Preferred: certification and training in child mental health.
