Job Description
APICES Studio Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Architectural Draughtsman / Draftsperson (7+ years) for our Thane office. Reporting to the Project Architect, responsibilities include preparing municipal and working drawings, detailing plans, elevations and sections, area/FSI/parking/carpet calculations, finishing and printing drawings, presentation plans, SketchUp 3D models, site measurements and supervision. Full-time, in-person role; salary up to ₹700,00/year. Benefits: flexible schedule and health insurance.
