Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant General Manager, Sales & Marketing to lead sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and oversee marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities include developing sales plans, managing key accounts, leading and coaching the sales and marketing team, coordinating campaigns, analyzing market trends, and reporting to senior management.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, 5+ years in sales leadership, strong negotiation and analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record of meeting targets.
