Job Description

Teleperformace Thane is hiring a Banking Customer Service Advisor for the CIBIL Data Acquisition inbound process. Day shift 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, fixed Sunday off. You will handle inbound calls for CIBIL data verification, update customer records, coordinate documents, ensure banking compliance and data security, maintain call documentation, and meet quality and productivity targets. Requirements: Graduate, minimum 6 months in Banking/BFSI, up to 35 years, strong communication, basic banking knowledge, customer handling skills, and attention to detail. Full-time; ₹25,00 in-hand (CTC ₹30,00), provident fund and stable professional environment.
