As a Guest Relations Executive, you will ensure outstanding guest experiences by welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries and resolving complaints professionally. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, a polite and positive attitude, 1+ years in hospitality or customer service, and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
