Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead the front desk and guest relations team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, training, resolving guest complaints, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, maintaining standard operating procedures, and supporting check-in/out operations and upselling services. Requirements: minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency with property management systems, leadership, and availability for flexible shifts.
