Job Description
As a Collection Executive at Invest Gold & General Finance, you will acquire and maintain customer relationships, pursue overdue payments, and resolve billing queries to ensure timely collections and a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include informing customers of overdue bills, pursuing payment of financial obligations, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. This full-time, in-person role offers pay of ₹12,00.00 – ₹19,500.00 per month and requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills to meet collection targets while treating customers respectfully.
