Job Description
Join Lorven Flex and Sack India Pvt Ltd as Blown Film Manager, owning end-to-end BFL operations. Lead production planning, target delivery and 2-shift coverage; operate and optimize 3/5/7-layer blown film lines; prepare and tune recipes for milk, oil pouch and lamination films; control raw material/layer distribution, quality, audits (BRCGS/ISO/FSSC) and customer complaints; perform mechanical, electrical and PLC troubleshooting; manage ERP/MIS reporting, KPIs, cost, yield and scrap reduction; drive NPD, new machine commissioning, vendor coordination, procurement and operator training; ensure safety, GMP and documentation. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹50,00 – ₹100,00/month. Work Location: In person.
