Job Description
We seek a Store & Purchase Executive to manage inventory and procurement for a manufacturing unit. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting and issuing materials, maintaining FIFO/FEFO, ERP record-keeping, stock reconciliation, preparing purchase requisitions, obtaining quotations, issuing POs, vendor follow-up, coordinating with accounts, and supporting cost reduction. KPIs: inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, cost savings and vendor performance. Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor in Commerce, Engineering or Supply Chain, 2–5 years in stores & purchase (manufacturing preferred), familiarity with Tally/SAP/Oracle, strong Excel, negotiation and documentation skills. Full-time, in-person. Salary: ₹25,00–₹30,00/month. Benefits: food, health insurance, leave encashment, provident fund.
