Job Description
NEXX GROW LEARN seeks a Placement Officer in Kozhikode to coordinate placements, build corporate relationships, deliver pre-placement training, run career, resume and interview workshops, and track placement metrics and student feedback. Requirements: any bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years’ experience in placement coordination or career counselling, excellent English, strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills, and ability to train and motivate students. Full-time, in-person. Salary ₹25,00–₹40,00/month.
