Job Description
Desirous Global Consulting seeks a Front Office Executive in Nalgonda, Telangana (1–3 years). Responsibilities include counseling patients/attendants, identifying new or review cases, providing doctor availability and appointment details, answering calls, coordinating consultant visit times, renewing or completing patient registrations with full contact and referral details, entering accurate data (PIN, phone, company), verifying referral letters, liaising with OP, IP and Admissions for smooth processing, managing weekly stationery needs, maintaining punctuality and discipline, reporting incidents, and demonstrating strong interpersonal and computer skills.
