Job Description

Hero FinCorp seeks a Sales Specialist – Unsecured Loans in Vikarabad. Full-time; 2+ years experience. Drive business targets and financials for Loyalty Personal Loans and assigned products. Lead sales executives and channel associates; manage relationships with internal teams and two-wheeler dealerships. Coordinate with credit, operations and product teams to source leads, improve processes, ensure timely disbursement and customer approvals. Maintain SOPs, control EMIs and delinquency, keep NPLs and post-disbursal documents under control. Ensure First Time Right, TAT and accuracy, handle customer grievances, and educate customers about timely EMI payments.
