Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage enquiries, maintain client relations, and coordinate service delivery at our Baner, Pune office. This full-time, in-person role (₹15,00–₹25,00/month) involves handling inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp and email communication, explaining services, coordinating with technical and operations teams, updating CRM records, following up on approvals and deliveries, and resolving complaints professionally. Candidates should be graduates (preferred), fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi, customer-focused, adept at multitasking, and familiar with basic computers and CRM systems.
