Join TRANSPARIAN CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED as a Customer Retention Executive. Requirements: graduation, 0–2 years experience, strong communication in Hindi and English, good thought process and sales skills; outbound sales or insurance knowledge preferred. Work: full-time, rotational shifts 9:30 AM–7:00 PM, 5-day week with two rotational weekends off. Compensation: freshers 2.10 LPA (~₹12,500 in-hand), experienced up to 3.79 LPA (~₹27,00 in-hand); monthly pay ₹12,500–₹20,00. Benefits include health insurance and provident fund. On-site role; ideal candidates are customer-focused, target-driven, and comfortable with rotational schedules.
