Job Description
We are hiring a BPO Non Voice Executive to manage email and chat support, data entry, and backend ticketing for our customer service operations.
Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via email and chat, updating CRM, resolving tickets, maintaining SLAs, and preparing concise reports.
Requirements: strong written English, fast accurate typing, basic computer and MS Office skills, attention to detail, ability to work shifts; BPO experience preferred but freshers welcome.
