Job Description
Rhythm Kumarakom seeks a Guest Relations Executive to welcome guests at check-in and ensure smooth departures, handle and resolve complaints, provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions, coordinate with departments, maintain accurate booking records, monitor guest satisfaction, oversee VIP needs, collect feedback and drive service recovery. This is a full-time, permanent on-site position offering ₹15,00–₹20,00 per month. Benefits include provided meals, health insurance and provident fund. Ideal candidates are courteous, organized, and customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements

- Basic Computer Skills
