Job Description
Dheemahi Ayurvedic Pvt Ltd seeks a Hospital Administrator to manage daily hospital administration and operations and coordinate medical, therapy, pharmacy, front office, and support departments. The role includes overseeing admissions, discharges, billing, service delivery, supervising staff, duty rosters and basic HR, monitoring procurement, inventory and operational costs, ensuring SOP, hygiene and safety compliance, handling patient feedback and complaints, and preparing basic operational reports. Eligibility: Degree/Diploma in Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management/MBA, 2–5 years hospital or healthcare administration experience (Ayurveda preferred), strong leadership and communication skills. Full-time residential (on-site) position. Pay: ₹15,00–₹40,00/month. Work Location: In person.
