Job Description
We are seeking a skilled South Indian Chef to prepare authentic dishes such as dosas, idli, sambar, curries and chutneys, manage spice blends, and ensure consistent high-quality food service.
Responsibilities include menu development, inventory control, kitchen hygiene, training junior cooks, and maintaining food safety standards.
Requirements: minimum 2 years’ experience in South Indian cuisine, strong culinary techniques, knowledge of traditional recipes, teamwork, and relevant food safety certification.
