Job Description
We are seeking an Entry-Level Hindi Customer Service Representative to handle outbound calls, provide accurate information about products, services and learning journeys, maintain and update customer records, follow up to ensure resolution and course completion, and meet daily/weekly/monthly service targets. Candidates must adhere to company policies, compliance and quality standards. This full-time, fresher-friendly role offers pay of ₹13,708.33–₹18,445.37 per month and benefits including health insurance and work-from-home options. Primary work location is in person.
