Job Description
The Program Advisor will guide prospective learners through UniAthena’s academic offerings by understanding goals, explaining curricula, and supporting enrollment. Serve as primary contact across calls, email and WhatsApp; assess learner profiles and career objectives; present program structure, duration, assessment, and enrollment steps; follow up consistently until enrollment or closure; maintain accurate CRM records; coordinate with academics, operations and finance to resolve concerns; and meet conversion targets while ensuring learner satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 1–4 years in admissions, program advising or EdTech preferred; strong communication and listening; CRM and basic reporting skills; organized, accurate, and learner-focused approach.
