Job Description
Join Dapper Shoes Co. as a Retail Salesperson to manage in-store operations, cash handling, inventory and shelf-life management, visual merchandising, and store assets while driving sales and resolving customer concerns diplomatically. Full-time role based in Old Delhi; salary ₹18,00–₹22,00/month with leave encashment. Candidates should have 2–5 years’ experience in luxury, food retail or hospitality (minimum 3 years total), strong customer service and communication skills in English and Hindi, excellent organization, and an uncompromising focus on execution and targets. Bachelor’s degree preferred. This is an in-person position requiring reliable commute or relocation to Old Delhi.
