Job Description
Join Nilufer Aesthetics Private Limited as a Customer Relation Associate. You will greet and assist clients professionally; handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person; schedule, confirm, and follow up appointments; coordinate with therapists, doctors, and internal teams; resolve and escalate customer concerns; maintain accurate customer records and update Odoo; support billing, documentation, and basic administrative tasks; and promote offers, services, and packages.
