Job Description

SPEEKI AI LANGUAGE ACADEMY seeks a motivated, student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through admissions. You will counsel via phone, online meetings, email and walk-ins; assess goals and recommend programs; manage leads from marketing campaigns, maintain CRM records, explain procedures, fees and eligibility; coordinate onboarding with academic and operations teams; meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets; and handle queries professionally while ensuring policy compliance. Required: proven admissions, academic counseling or sales experience preferred, excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills, and the ability to work to targets. Full-time, in-person. Salary ₹16,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits include health insurance and internet reimbursement.
