Job Description

We are hiring a Receptionist and Telecaller to handle outbound calls to promote products, gather feedback and conduct surveys, and manage inbound calls to resolve queries and provide support. The role includes sales telecalling—identifying customer needs, explaining benefits and closing sales effectively. Full-time position with monthly pay ₹20,00–₹50,00. Preferred languages: Hindi and English. Work location: in person. Ideal candidates are customer-oriented, persuasive, and professional with strong communication skills.
