Job Description

Elite Services India is hiring 2 mortgage underwriters. Non-voice role; US market hours 9:30 PM–5:30 AM. Duties: evaluate mortgage files; verify property types and comparables; assess IRA income; review condo questionnaires; resolve appraisal zoning and explain appraisal approaches; evaluate reserves, liquidity and solar lien issues; distinguish surface/subsurface rights and utilities. Required: mortgage underwriting and document analysis experience; knowledge of collections, payment defaults, bankruptcy waiting periods, garnishment and S‑corp treatment. Outstation candidates welcome.
