Job Description
We are hiring a Floor Incharge for the Service Department at Royal Enfield (Roverz Motors), Alappuzha. Full-time role; 1–3 years preferred; minimum Plus Two or Diploma (Automobile preferred). You will oversee daily service-floor operations: manage job cards, assign work to technicians, monitor progress and quality, ensure timely vehicle delivery, communicate service updates to customers, maintain workshop cleanliness and safety, report daily status to the Service Manager, and assist in resolving customer complaints. Required: good communication and coordination, efficient workflow management, basic two-wheeler technical knowledge (preferred), professional customer handling, strong organizational and problem-solving skills. On-site position.
