Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to manage staff, schedules, training, inspections, inventory and cleaning operations across patient rooms, public areas and operating theatres. Responsibilities include leading teams, onboarding and ongoing training, performance evaluations, enforcing infection-control and safety protocols (MSDS), coordinating with nursing and facilities, conducting detailed quality checks and documentation, overseeing supplies and equipment maintenance, and managing departmental budgets. Salary: ₹25,00–₹35,00/month. Benefits include health insurance, leave encashment and provident fund. English preferred. Work location: in person at our facility.
