Job Description
We’re hiring a Non-IT Recruiter at Navata Road Transport in Hyderabad. Navata is a leading logistics company with 670+ branches across India. Responsibilities: end-to-end recruitment, sourcing via portals, social media and referrals, resume screening, shortlisting and closing vacancies within TAT. Requirements: 1–3 years non-IT recruitment experience, MBA-HR or graduate, proven use of Naukri and other job portals, strong sourcing, screening, presentation and communication skills; languages: Hindi, English and Telugu. Job type: Full-time; Salary: ₹18,00–₹28,00/month; Benefits: health insurance and provident fund; On-site role.
