Job Description
Join PONKUDAM GOLD AND DIAMONDS as a Customer Relation Executive. You will build and maintain long-term client relationships, handle inquiries by phone, email and in-person, provide product/service information and ongoing support, and keep accurate customer records in our CRM. We seek candidates with excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, strong time management, multitasking ability and attention to detail. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. This full-time position is open to freshers. Salary: ₹12,00–₹15,00 per month. Benefits include provided meals. Work location: in person.
