Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Officer to oversee all production activities at our plant located in Tambati, Khopoli, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Manpower and Production Planning shift-wise.
- Daily monitoring of Supervisors and reporting on productivity.
- Identifying areas to enhance productivity and cut costs.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 4500 standards.
- Maintaining production records and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications include a BSc Graduate or Diploma in Production Engineering, with 4-7 years of experience in a production department.
