INFONIKS SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (est. 1995, Cochin) seeks a CCTV Service Coordinator to lead field technicians serving banking clients. You will coordinate installations, service calls and AMCs across branches, manage daily schedules, allocate tasks, provide technical guidance, and handle urgent calls. Be the primary phone contact and remain available beyond office hours. Requirements: Diploma, minimum 1 year hands-on CCTV/alarm experience, team management skills, strong troubleshooting and AMC knowledge, and excellent written and oral communication. Location: Ernakulam / Kadavanthara, Kochi — in person. Job type: Full-time, permanent. Pay from ₹20,00/month. Benefits: cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
