Job Description
We seek an IT/Non-IT Recruiter at MNR Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Noida Sector 63. Experience: 1–3 years; immediate joiners preferred. Mandatory: experience in consulting/recruitment/staffing agency. You will manage end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout—across junior to senior IT and non-IT roles. Coordinate with hiring managers, shortlist by skills and cultural fit, maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and build a strong talent pipeline. Requirements: 1–3 years agency recruiting, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment, proficiency with Naukri/Indeed/LinkedIn/Shine, quick learner with strong follow-up. Job Type: Full-time.
