Job Description
Lead and manage all soft services including cleaning, security, reception, landscaping, and waste management across facilities. Coordinate vendors, contracts, budgets, and performance KPIs to ensure high service standards and cost efficiency.
Supervise and develop on-site teams, create schedules, enforce health & safety and compliance, and respond to client needs and incidents promptly to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in facilities/soft services management, strong leadership, vendor management, budgeting, communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with facilities management systems and safety regulations preferred.
