Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Strategic Sourcing – Warehouse & Logistics to lead procurement strategy, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and cost optimization for warehousing and transportation. You will develop sourcing plans, manage vendor relationships, drive KPI improvements, ensure compliance, and collaborate with operations to secure capacity and service levels. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in logistics sourcing, strong negotiation and analytical skills, experience with RFPs, contract management, and cross-functional leadership. Proven ability to reduce costs while maintaining quality, expertise in freight, warehousing, and inventory strategies, and excellent communication skills required.
